The DC410 tower is a multi-capacity tapered triangular lattice tower, with CHS legs and simple diagonal bracing of which can be either bolted or welded to the structure. This combines the efficiency of a traditional lattice structure with the innovation and attention to detail, which epitomise all dynamic concepts’ products.
The result is an extremely transparent and inconspicuous structure providing a low cost and fast route to market – a popular solution with customers, town planners and site providers.
The structure, assembled from a minimal number of standardised components, is available from stock in Light, Medium and Heavy Duty ranges, however can also be supplied in bespoke configurations.
The tower is supplied in modular sections which are fixed together via a simple flange plate interface. This modular approach facilitates easy transportation and upgradability whilst ensuring a straightforward and quick on-site installation process.
The DC410 is available in heights up to 40m. It is capable of supporting antennas, amplifiers and dishes mounted directly on to the legs without the need for visually obtrusive secondary steelwork. It can easily be extended in the future, provided that an appropriate foundation has been used.
The aesthetics are enhanced by many unique features – such as the efficient cable management routing feeders down each of the three legs, providing an inconspicuous feeder route without unsightly crossover or the usual ‘black mass’ associated with slim lattice towers; and an inconspicuous anti-climb system providing safe access.
